Feature Requests

For the location filter in the Spotlight directory it currently shows a large radius when you select a certain country (ex: Canada). When you search Canada, it brings up US cities because of the very large radius parameters - sometimes all the way in LA or Oceanside. I've had two customers bring up this being confusing and they think it's a bug where the directory isn't recognizing the country. It would be helpful to narrow this radius to be within the same country and not neighboring countries.

A number of members who are part of the directory have raised concerns that it causes confusions that members look like they have only been a member for a short time.

UiPath would like the ability to add other options for contacting their recipients via Spotlight Directory profiles beyond Linkedin/Twitter Possibly adding a chat option or "email me". Mandatory field?

When someone pastes the URL from the spotlight directory profile to share on LinkedIn, it shows "Accredible Spotlight." APDT would prefer that their name/logo populate here instead.

The ability for issuers to create subdirectories per program, department, collection, etc. Essentially, issuers would have their main Spotlight directory but could offer additional subdirectories that are broken down based on specific criteria.

A client would like the ability to highlight recipient testimonials on the Spotlight Directory. From there, they would like to be able to feature recipients based on the testimonials they have provided.

Profiles tied only to expired credentials still count toward eligible recipient numbers within Spotlight Directory. Since they remain hidden in the directory, this can distort analytics. It would be useful to have a way to exclude or filter out expired credentials in the SD Analytics so issuers get a clearer picture of active recipients.

The Association of Professional Dog Trainers would like the ability to modify the SEO Settings for their Spotlight Directory. Right now, the search results show "why join APDT," which is not specific to the use case of their Spotlight.

It would be nice for recipients to be able to reorder their credentials on their Spotlight Directory profile

Currently, we allow custom attributes to be added within the Spotlight Directory. However, this relies on the recipient filling in this information to the Spotlight Directory profile. It would be helpful if custom attributes from the credential could automatically be pulled from the credential and displayed/searched by within the Spotlight Directory.
