Refined search functionality - Spotlight Directory

Currently the expected behaviour when search by name within the directory is bring up a wide range of results. Customer would like the search functionality to be refined , to ensure that only the relevant results are shown. Therefor reducing the number of profiles someone would need to go through to find the person they are looking for. For example when searching for Hayley Wells, they get 4 pages of profiles as part of the search results.
