We would be interested in exploring SVG for the badge display, reasons for this would be: > Device performance, higher resolution and scalability on all device types > Faster load times > Improved accessibility (screen reader friendly) > Harder to copy / counterfeit > SEO, GEO & AEO friendly > Opens up flexibility for app launches in future

Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?

Ability to export the HQ PDF in the platform so we as the issuer can print off certificates for recipients.

We need the ability to be able to revoke a credential from a particular learner but without deleting it. At the moment the currently flow only allows us to delete the credential then look this up using the ID int he change audit area on Analytics. Ideally we need an additional workflow that allows us to track all revoked credentials in a dedicated section - this is a regulatory requirement for us as an AO and so two distinct processes are needed (revoke and delete) Have chatted this through with Hussein previously and stepped in through our SOP.

Several clients extend the expiration date through API to show longevity of the credentialee. There is currently no way to send a "renewal" email. I was hoping since our system knows to charge a credit there must be some sort of trigger we could create so that when a credential is renewed via an extension of the expiration date an email could be sent to the recipient notifying them of the credentials renewal. This is also common for clients who allow their recipients to renew early.

C&G have locked multiple users to "viewer" role but they need to generate group preview links to demo to customers so current process is to have to ask "admin" to create preview links and share.

Clients have asked for the A8 design as a third option rather than as a certificate because they want to be able to issue a single credential with a credential, badge, and business card option.

National University of Singapore have raised they would like to see the team member permissions more fine grained e.g. designs. Currently enabling access to 'design' for a team member allows them to access all designs in that department. The customer would like to choose which design template the team member has access to in the same way you can assign a particular group to a TM. They would like to see the more finer permissions in email templates as well as API.

With our recent OB3/W3CVC release, customers now have the ability to add an achievement type to each of their groups. While this can be used as metadata, a client has asked for the ability to have this highlighted on the credential page as a field.

CMiC would like to be able to direct their recipients to the wallet view in the most efficient way possible with the least amount of clicks. They would benefit from being able to generate recipient specific wallet links as a call to action button within an email template.
