Feature Requests

Currently, it is only possible to adjust the name change requested settings on a Department level. This means all Groups inherit whichever settings are applied. It would be useful to be enable Issuers to adjust name change request options on a per-Group level, in the same way that default credential Privacy is currently set up to either inherit, or override Department settings.

We need the ability to be able to revoke a credential from a particular learner but without deleting it. At the moment the currently flow only allows us to delete the credential then look this up using the ID int he change audit area on Analytics. Ideally we need an additional workflow that allows us to track all revoked credentials in a dedicated section - this is a regulatory requirement for us as an AO and so two distinct processes are needed (revoke and delete) Have chatted this through with Hussein previously and stepped in through our SOP.

Add a way to move or copy created designs between departments on one account directly through the Accredible Dashboard.

Include the ability to update a group setting universally across all groups. Example: I have 100 groups. My business has changed and now I need all of these groups to have the 'issue as private by default' setting switched on, and they are currently all set to public (or a mix or public and private). With the current system I would need to manually go into each group and check/update this setting for each, costing a lot of time. If there was a global setting feature that could set all of these groups to 'issue as private by default' = 'On', this would save a large amount of time.

University of Florida would like the ability to edit the color of our native certificate designs. Currently, this feature is only available for our native badge designs.

Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?

Several clients extend the expiration date through API to show longevity of the credentialee. There is currently no way to send a "renewal" email. I was hoping since our system knows to charge a credit there must be some sort of trigger we could create so that when a credential is renewed via an extension of the expiration date an email could be sent to the recipient notifying them of the credentials renewal. This is also common for clients who allow their recipients to renew early.

ICDL would like to be able to choose the font size by inputting a number instead of selecting the number using the slider.

When an issuer selects a credential design from group settings, a thumbnailed list of designs appears. If an issuer has a large number of credential designs, they will need to scroll through this entire list to find the correct design. The feature request is to implement a form of search function in this list to make locating the correct design easier.

A client is requesting the ability to have an internal notes field within the group settings. They shared the following: Create a text box for each Group that is for internal notes only. This way I could connect each group with who is the point of contact, when it received internal approval, and other notes that would be helpful to keep connected to each group but not visible outside the admins.
