Feature Requests

Currently, if a credential SSO link is not accessed within 5 hours, it functions as a regular link to the credential. Customers wish to have this period extended so their recipients can share, set passwords and add linked emails etc. when first accessing their credentials. Once the SSO capabilities are removed, this forces recipients to complete the 'forget password' flow and potentially results in less recipients performing the desired actions due to the additional steps.

Issuers would like the ability to adjust recipient engagement options (specifically the "Share to LinkedIn" option). Currently, it is not possible to disable 'Share to LinkedIn' from the credential view. Also, issuers would like to selectively control this setting on a per-group basis

The University of Canberra would like consistent branding through all emails. They would like to be able to Brand and edit the External - Credential Shared With You email used on the credential page.

MIT CISR has shared that the coloring of adding a credential to your apple wallet can be hard to read and is not very accessible for folks with varying vision abilities. Their logo also gets even harder to read in the apple wallet due to the coloring. Customer would either like the ability to edit this or request a change in the coloring of adding a credential to someone's apple wallet

In our current state, only recipients are able to select their credentials that they want to include on their transcript. However, some of our customers have state agencies and other organizations that need to verify credentials. A customer is requesting the ability to send transcripts from their organization on behalf of the recipient.

In our new transcript functionality, the date format is DD/MM/YYYY. Customers (and I would assume recipients) would like the ability to customize this date for the recognized format in their region.

Request to filter or resize the wallet view so that someone who has lots of credentials can easily differentiate value of their different badges.

NASM would like the ability to update the order of social media icons in order to make the social media platforms that are popular amongst their recipients more visible and help increase shares.

A client is requesting that the marketing referral links move higher up on the credential page for increased visibility. They suggested adding these as additional links underneath the group name (see screenshot).

Client wants to be able to edit the "Sign up page" name to something along the lines of "Application Page" or "Apply here"
