Allow issuers to create pathways using groups across 2 or more departments

Issuer has requested that CC and BCC be included in the email template overrides.

Currently, if a client adds on the Spotlight Directory, and they have already issued out credentials to recipients who will be included in the directory, those individuals will not receive an email allowing them to opt in or opt out of the directory. The current process is they would have to sign into their Accredible account (if they have created one) to see this notification.

Requesting the ability to disable specific social media sharing such as Twitter and Pinterest, but leave Facebook and LinkedIn available.

The ability for recipients to add a link to their website to assist them with getting business.

Clients would benefit from a trigger in the email campaigns based on recipients that have opted out of the spotlight directory or never opted in to the spotlight directory

Request is to have some basic analytics available on the spotlight directory. Clients are used to seeing this on their credential pages and expect the same on their spotlight pages. Ideally, this could contain: total views recipient views vs public views most viewed profile % of members editing/updating profiles

Client requested analytic options in spotlight to include things like, "How many views of non-recipient views? Which members in the directory have the most engagement most clicks/views or least? Which groups or collections have the most views? How many recipient profiles are complete? How many views are the recipient?

Clients would like the ability to customize the order in which recipients show up on the directory. Options like, most recently certified, certified the longest, alphabetically, locationally, most prestigious credential, spotlighting a certification, etc.

Intercom has requested the functionality to update and add their own custom message for the pop up opt in/ opt out message that appears for a recipient to have their profile on the spotlight directory. This will allow them to highlight the benefit of being part of the directory within that message.
