Ability to determine at a group-level whether the recipient's profile should be public or private by default

Currently, the Spotlight Directory only has one setting for profiles to be public or private by default. In Trimble's use case, their Spotlight Directory includes multiple business units who are based around the globe, and have different setting preferences and requirements. They would love the ability to determine whether profiles are public or private by default at the group-level. This setting could be added under the Group Setting's Visibility section.
