Feature Requests

The issuer is requesting a way to archive groups in order to keep all existing credentials but prevent new ones from being issued by any user.

When viewing the credentials list you can see the credentials' issue date. However, CSBS Education Foundation would like to be able to see the 'Publish Date' also and filter by this date also.

National University of Singapore (NUS) would like to be able to export data from the groups tab as a spreadsheet. It would be preferable if they could select the number of groups to be included in the spreadsheet. In particular, they would like the spreadsheet to include the number of credentials in the group, and the name of the designs in use. NUS would use this spreadsheet to tell them whether or not a group is live and to easily identify which groups use which designs. NUS have a very large number of groups and designs so the data being presented in this way would be very helpful. This would assist the platform administrator when they have to perform impact analysis & when a shared design template has to be updated/changed.

Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?

Instead of needing to completely set up a certificate design from scratch with all of the tags etc.. it would be handy to be able to export the same design to other departments for the same issuer.

Ability to see email campaign groups/collections being used without having to inactivate and edit a campaign.

Clients would like ability to have a "throttle on" option when creating an email campaign which would ensure someone who has earned multiple credentials only receives one email from the campaign.

Clients would like the have a way to print unpublished credentials for awards and in person events which could be printed in advanced but not published until completion or awarding.

e-Leadership Academy is requesting the ability to have an auto-generated message when sharing a credential to the LinkedIn feed. Accredible has a similar feature for Twitter within the Social Media section. Additionally, Credly has this feature.

UiPath would like the ability to add other options for contacting their recipients via Spotlight Directory profiles beyond Linkedin/Twitter Possibly adding a chat option or "email me". Mandatory field?
