Imperial college have raised that when they add the 'social images' under email branding/ appearance, the populate vertically down. The customer wants the ability to move these icons so they can be horizontally in line, taking less space on the email template.

Would it be possible to have our brand fonts added as an available option within the email templates font functionality to align with our white label departments: City & Guilds, Kineo, Depts: Avenir LT Std City & Guilds Training Dept: Avenir LT Pro City & Guilds Foundation: Swift Neue The Oxford Group Dept: Volkhov ILM Dept: Bitter And to further make this something that is possible for all customers, could there be functionality available to submit a request for a font to be approved by yourselves without having to raise on Canny?

Ability to set the day of the week the email campaign email will be delivered. This would ensure programs with layered campaigns

Issuer would like to be able to able to edit the "Reminder" emails in the same way you can edit email templates. They would like to be able to remove the word "Reminder" from the subject line.

At the moment if an issuer wishes to nudge recipients who have not yet engaged with their credentials, the only options are to rely on the automated reminder email or to manually resend the credential delivery email to selected credentials. The customer is requesting the ability to send customised emails to recipients that have not yet engaged with their credential so that they can tailor the message of the credential to suit their business's tone and approach. This could either be through filtering the credential list and then being able to select the desired email to send or have the system automatically identify non-engaged credentials and send out the custom template.

CFA Institute would like the ability to edit HTML directly on HTML templates

I would like to request the possibility to edit the Heading in an email template, as issuers are requesting this feature and it's a useful feature to have if, for example, they want to keep their email background black. Right now, the Heading appears in a grey colour, which doesn't suit well a black background, as shown in the attached screenshot. Thank you.
