Feature Requests

I want to see all of my normal analytics data, but across departments (organization-wide). I also want to see information like how many credentials have each department issued to.

Clients who renew the credential or extend the expiration date are unable to see time stamped analytics around items such as shares. Shares do not accurately show because the credential was previously issued. It will also not correctly show when the credential was issued. The renewed credentials always show up in the current year rather than being able to see when originally issued. Clients cannot see how many recipients are first time earners vs renewed earners.

Currently when you export credentials as a spreadsheet there is True/False for "Added to LinkedIn?", "Recipient Engaged?" and "private". CAF America would liek "Recipient Viewed" to be added to this export.
