Throughout my time here at Accredible, the most trending issue Support gets from recipients is the confusion of signing up. Either they are signing up with the wrong domain or they do not know how to set up a password (if not initially using the SSO link within the email).
Possible solution: Having a hyperlink or button on www.accredible.com domain indicated for recipients that will redirect them to www.credential.net. Something in the line of this: https://canvas.instructure.com/register_from_website
Additionally, the Sign In portal can include a hyperlink like Set Up a Password, similar to Forgot Password.
These are just my thoughts. I just know that we can improve the user experience, which in return can lower Support inquiries regarding these issues. Recipients typically will not seek our Knowledge Base article for answers.
