Currently, our Email Campaigns allow you to select a group or collection to target a specific audience. However, a client would like the ability to send communications to one group, but only if they are not part of another group. Therefore, the logic would be to send an email to recipients in "Group A" as long as they are not already part of "Group B." This will allow them to do targeted outreach to promote courses to certain members who are eligible.
