Enhance the Canvas integration so we can pull in Course SIS ID and Course Name from Canvas.

Currently, we only have access to Canvas course code and user email. We do not receive Course SIS ID or User SIS ID, even after changing the app permission level to “all data” from “email only.”

In many Canvas environments, the course code is typically set to match the Course SIS ID, but this is not always the case. When the course code and Course SIS ID differ, it creates gaps in our ability to reliably identify and map courses.

This would make Canvas data mapping more reliable, reduce dependency on course code conventions, and better support institutions where Canvas course code does not match Course SIS ID.
