When an issuer disables the credential delivery emails in Emails>General Settings, the credential publish warning message remains in reference to emails being sent out upon publishing. This can be confusing/cause concern to issuers that emails may be sent upon publishing despite them disabling this.

It may be beneficial to adapt this message when the delivery emails are disabled e.g. "delivery emails are disabled, if you wish to send emails upon publishing please enable this here"
