Issuers are often wanting to test the verbiage of pre expiry emails and renewal emails using real test credentials to showcase attributes. Currently, when the campaign triggers are set to "Credential is Expired" or "Credential is Renew", those campaigns are not available to trigger a manual send like the "credential is Published" trigger.
