At the moment if an issuer wishes to nudge recipients who have not yet engaged with their credentials, the only options are to rely on the automated reminder email or to manually resend the credential delivery email to selected credentials.
The customer is requesting the ability to send customised emails to recipients that have not yet engaged with their credential so that they can tailor the message of the credential to suit their business's tone and approach. This could either be through filtering the credential list and then being able to select the desired email to send or have the system automatically identify non-engaged credentials and send out the custom template.
